I’m done with buying my own excuses.
Haven’t worked out for months. Kept buying my own BS, letting myself off the hook.
I have to say though, I can now make the case that the workouts are not the most impactful element to keeping the weight off, or losing weight, because I kept my nutrition up the whole time and haven’t gained any weight back! BUT I can feel the strength I had diminishing and I can feel and see the jiggle that is creeping back.
And I REALLY LOVE feeling strong and using my muscles, so I’M BACK! 💪🏻💪🏻🏋🏼♀️
And tonight my legs are jello and I might not be able to sit on a 🚽 for two days but DAMN! I DO LOVE ME SOME MUSCLES.
