One of my challengers told me yesterday that she was proud of herself for avoiding Subway. Not only was I proud of her, I was RELIEVED for her!
Not only are Subways feeding people chicken that isn’t genetically CHICKEN, but they’re putting rubber-like chemicals in their BREAD!! Gross AND dangerous!
My advice: If you want to really “eat fresh”, you should eat REAL food, not chemicals and read those ingredient lists, peeps!
